Continuing the business trip, day 3 is about our health and wellness during business trips. As a frequent traveler, I know that business trips can wear you out – especially with long days and nights and lots of flights and eating out. It is a surprise that road warriors don’t get sick more often!

My 10 ideas for Day 3 are as follow:

1. Get good night sleep when possible 
2. Drink lots of water – pack a water bottle in your luggage 
3. Exercise daily  – bring a TRX or have a good 7 minute workout you can do without equipment as hotel gyms vary or don’t always exist 
4. Eat a salad at least once a day
5. Skip the bread
6. Eat the fruit at the hotel free breakfast 
7. Airborne 
8. Bring your own “favorites” – for me, I travel with packets of Four Sigmatic Mushroom Coffee to get my brain fired up
9. Avoid red eye flights  – they beat the shit out of your body
10. See something interesting everywhere you travel.  Avoid the trap of airport /hotel and office with nothing else to boot.  Take an extra day to see something
